Purchased a OSET 12.5R from Chas, he had no problem taking the time to answer my many questions via email and held the bike for a good few weeks so I could find time to pick it up. The shop was rammed today; I suspect a testament to their customer service. Problem is now I’m tempted to get something myself 🤣

I reached out regarding the Beta Xtrainer 300. I am currently researching the market to see what options I have for an enduro/trail bike. I am fairly short so before putting this bike on my shortlist, I wanted to check the seat height in person and see if I could actually reach the ground with one or both feet. They replied straightaway, and they even offered to unbox a brand new bike and put it together for me to check. I went to the shop on Saturday and I must say that they were very helpful. Went to the garage on the back and brought out an Xtrainer for me to check. Also explained what options I have in terms of lowering the bike etc… I didn’t get the name of the young guy that helped me, but if you happen to read this, thank you! I have dealt with other big brand dealers (even “premium” like MV Agusta, Ducati…), and this has been the best experience. Very friendly and approachable. Even knowing that I just wanted to check the bike out and had no intention of buying yet. Also, they seem to be a family run business which for me is a massive plus. I will definitely buy the bike here if I end up going for the Beta. Thank you!

What a brilliant business this is. I was recommended to go there by a friend as I had a big problem with my motorbike caused by another dealer . The workshop not only fixed it but I was amazed how little they charged. I can’t remember the last time I had something repaired and was shocked by how little it cost. I would give them 6 stars if it were possible.

I have bought my last few bikes at john Lees and so have a few mates. I've made the trip from South Wales despite other shop being much closer due to best part exchange prices and overall deal in general. I've also found care has been taken with assembly of the bikes which means alot to me. Great team of guys and chas is always very accommodating with the sale, years of experience in trials and enduro bikes clearly showing in the service they give.
