Each piece incorporates the edition number, and, as it couldn't be otherwise, helmet number 0 is the one HEBO gifted to Toni Bou on the same day he became the champion. Featuring the number 34 and the logos of the world trial champion. With black and gold colors, combined with exclusive forged carbon, it becomes an elegant and unique design in the market. The helmet is delivered inside a bag and box designed exclusively for this piece. Manufactured in carbon fiber and with a net weight of 950g, it is one of the lightest helmets on the market. Its interior is fully removable and is made of foam sheets covered with hypoallergenic Coolmax® material. It includes two upper and two front air intakes to ensure the best ventilation. The side vents promote hearing and breathability. Its visor is removable and doesn't require any screws for assembly and disassembly. It is approved under the European ECE 22-06 standard.

The Zone 5 helmet is manufactured with an ABS thermoplastic shell and a dual-density EPS interior. There are two shell sizes (XS - M & L-XXL) available. This model incorporates a complete ventilation system which allows the air flow to circulate optimally. It has 2 front air inlets and 2 upper ones that can be modulated thanks to their removable covers. The helmet also has 2 vents either side to facilitate hearing and breathability. The interior is fully removable and washable. The helmet has a micrometric security closure, adjustable peak and retracable sun visor. ECE-22.06 approved. Weight: 1250g. Net weight 1220g. I don’t often leave reviews but credit where it’s due, I’ve bought trials bikes from most of the trials shops now. Bought one from John lees. Purchased my first 2T here, a Beta 200. It was strange, I’d tell friends where I was buying it and they all told me, “oh Chas will look after you.” And look after me he did!
