Purchased my first 2T here, a Beta 200. It was strange, I’d tell friends where I was buying it and they all told me, “oh Chas will look after you.” And look after me he did! DVLA caused some delays and Chas took care of it all and helped me throughout. My next bike will also be bought from Chas! I’d have no hesitation in recommending John Lee & Sons.

I reached out regarding the Beta Xtrainer 300. I am currently researching the market to see what options I have for an enduro/trail bike. I am fairly short so before putting this bike on my shortlist, I wanted to check the seat height in person and see if I could actually reach the ground with one or both feet. They replied straightaway, and they even offered to unbox a brand new bike and put it together for me to check. I went to the shop on Saturday and I must say that they were very helpful. Went to the garage on the back and brought out an Xtrainer for me to check. Also explained what options I have in terms of lowering the bike etc… I didn’t get the name of the young guy that helped me, but if you happen to read this, thank you! I have dealt with other big brand dealers (even “premium” like MV Agusta, Ducati…), and this has been the best experience. Very friendly and approachable. Even knowing that I just wanted to check the bike out and had no intention of buying yet. Also, they seem to be a family run business which for me is a massive plus. I will definitely buy the bike here if I end up going for the Beta. Thank you!
