If the helmet is in contact with the neck support at the moment of impact the overall load passing through the neck can be reduced, which may prevent a fracture from occurring and reduce the chance of muscular injuries from extreme head movement. Although it is not possible to eliminate the risk of any form of injury, the support has been proven to help reduce the most serious damage and minimize the risk of collateral injury as the impact load is channeled away from the neck.
NOTE: This product is compatible with the Alpinestars Youth chest protectors via integration using the Velcro / Elastic straps.

Construction
• The YNS frame is constructed from an injected polymer compound that has been extensively impact tested on a range of off-road surfaces and varying temperatures.
• The anatomically profiled frame promotes positive helmet contact in the event of a crash while allowing rider freedom of movement. Ultra-lightweight EVA foam on the supports underside for comfort and positioning, and to distribute the impact force over the widest possible area.
• Quick Release Closure system for convenient engagement of the support also facilitates the quick removal in case of an emergency.
• The rear stabilizer system helps to keep the support in position and is also designed to channel extreme energy loads away from the spine by transmitting it across the shoulder and helping to avoid serious spinal injury.
• The support is supplied with the easy-to-use strap system which allows use over or under the jersey to secure the device on the rider.

The Bionic Action Youth Chest Protector is an ultra-lightweight protective system offering excellent Level 1 CE/UKCA certified upper body impact protection.The chest protector features Cell Technology chest and back protectors and Level 1 CE/UKCA certified Nucleon Flex Plus shoulder protectors. I reached out regarding the Beta Xtrainer 300. I am currently researching the market to see what options I have for an enduro/trail bike. I am fairly short so before putting this bike on my shortlist, I wanted to check the seat height in person and see if I could actually reach the ground with one or both feet. They replied straightaway, and they even offered to unbox a brand new bike and put it together for me to check. I went to the shop on Saturday and I must say that they were very helpful. Went to the garage on the back and brought out an Xtrainer for me to check. Also explained what options I have in terms of lowering the bike etc… I didn’t get the name of the young guy that helped me, but if you happen to read this, thank you! I have dealt with other big brand dealers (even “premium” like MV Agusta, Ducati…), and this has been the best experience. Very friendly and approachable. Even knowing that I just wanted to check the bike out and had no intention of buying yet. Also, they seem to be a family run business which for me is a massive plus. I will definitely buy the bike here if I end up going for the Beta. Thank you!
